According to him, the force under him would be decisive in dealing with unauthorised deployment, saying men and officers attached to mobile police force working as personal security guards to individuals and companies must immediately be withdrawn.
The police boss further averred “as commanders of the operational arm of the Force, it is of uttermost importance that you display a high sense of professionalism by ensuring that your personnel are appropriately deployed to authorised persons only.
“On this premise, all personnel deployed to unauthorised beats/individuals should be withdrawn immediately.”

He called for a truly professional Police Force that has capacity to tackle the present day security challenges facing the country.
The governor advised the leadership of the training school to encourage participants to always engage in agriculture during the period of their training, saying if such practise is well managed, it could provide alternative avenue of getting food items needed by the College.
Earlier in his welcome address, the commandant, PMF, Training School, Ila, ACP Mohammed Dankwara, explained that the 20-day course started on June 3 with 60 participants, adding that 59 Squadron Commanders successfully completed the training.
